How do I file for an incomplete?

Complete the Incomplete Form , attach supporting documents and see the instructor of the course you would like to receive an incomplete in to discuss this option. Once you have the instructor's signature take your form to the art office, FA 265, for the chairs signature. When the chair has signed the form the office will retain the original form. The student will receive an incomplete until the work agreed upon has been completed at which point a change of grade form will be submitted by the instructor to change the incomplete to a letter grade.
