Victor De La Rosa

De La Rosa’s specialty and studio practice centers on computer-interfaced technology utilizing jacquard power looms, digital fabric printers and laser cutters. He works across a variety of media and has exhibited internationally. De La Rosa joined SF State in after teaching on the east coast at the Rhode Island School of Design, Philadelphia University and UMass-Dartmouth. He received a B.A. from SF State, an MFA from UC Davis and an M.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design where he was a President’s Scholar and received honors including the Award of Excellence.
