Visiting Artist Lecture Series - Alicia McCarthy

Alicia McCarthy is a member of San Francisco's Mission School, the so-called movement that emerged in the 1990s to encompass a group of artists who then attended the San Francisco Art Institute. McCarthy received a B.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1994 and an M.F.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2007.
