Biography
Since joining the staff of the Fine Arts Gallery in 2001, Sharon Bliss has curated and coordinated many exhibitions, including in 2013 "The Illuminated Library." Her publications include "The Moment for INK" (2013: SF State), "México: Política y Poética" (2011: Nordiska Akvarellmuseet) and "Prison Culture" (2010: City Lights Foundation Books). Bliss has guest curated exhibitions for Fototeca de Cuba, SF Camerawork, the San Marco Gallery at Dominican University and other venues. She holds a B.A. from Haverford College and an M.A. in Museum Studies from SF State.
